“Love,” 4 little letters that pack all the power. Love is something that we all struggle with: who do we love, how do we love, who loves us, and many more. When I reflect on how I should love I think “Love like Jesus” & “God is love” but those short phrases that we toss around can be misunderstood, twisted for our benefits, and we ultimately miss the point when we throw out a catch-phrase without any meaning behind it. I want to explore this deeper with God, in His Word, and with my lil’ community here.

Throughout the month of September I invite you to explore how GOD IS LOVE with me through His Word in the Scriptures. I will focus on a few verses a week and go deeper in my FAITH:

• Focus: Share a verse of the week (Monday)
• Accept a Challenge: Share ways to talk about God’s Good News with others (Tuesday)
• In-Depth: Go deeper and learn more about this week’s verse together (Wednesday)
• Tune In with Jesus: Share a worship song we can jam with out together to engrain that Good News of the week (Thursday)
• Happiness & Joy: Celebrate how God is working in our lives! (Friday)

God, I pray that this week, as we focus on Your love for us, we hear Your words in a new way that changes us so much that we cannot help but share Your love authentically with those around us. Amen.
